WHO CAN BID

Members, plus launch pass holders on launch night.

BIDDING

The highest bid when bidding on an item closes wins that item. The host announces how and when bidding closes. A bid is a promise to buy. Please only bid on what you plan to pay for and pick up.

PAYING

Payment for everything you win is due within 24 hours after the auction ends. This applies to everyone, including free launch guests. Payment instructions come by email after the auction. If a winner doesn't pay in time, the item may be offered to the next highest bidder at their last bid.

UNPAID WINS

First time: a warning. Second time: bidding paused for 30 days. Third time: account suspended pending review. Counts reset after 12 months. These steps apply to every auction, including launch night.

PICKUP

Local pickup only in Lubbock, Texas. No shipping or delivery. Pickup date and hours will be announced before each auction. Pick up within 2 days after the auction. Your exact pickup deadline is in your payment confirmation. It's separate from the 24-hour payment deadline. The pickup address is sent after payment.

WHO CAN PICK UP

You, with a photo ID that matches your account name and your order number. Or someone you send: email annoroutlet@gmail.com before pickup with their full name and your order number. They'll need their own photo ID and the order number.

MISSED PICKUP

We'll send reminders before your pickup deadline. If you miss your pickup deadline, you have 2 more days to arrange a pickup. Email us and we'll work with you where we can. Paid items not picked up by then are handled under our Unclaimed Merchandise Policy, which may include returning items to inventory.
