Is the launch auction really free?

Yes, admission is free for the first 50 people who register. Items you win are paid for like any other sale.

Do I need a card for the free launch pass?

No.

Will I be charged later for the free pass?

No. It covers launch night only and never turns into a paid membership.

What if all 50 free spots are taken?

You can still join with a Monthly or Yearly membership.

How do memberships work?

$5 a month or $50 a year. They renew until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account.

When are the auctions?

Launch night is Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 7 pm Central. After that, auctions run about twice a month, and each date is announced ahead of time.

Do you ship?

No. Pickup only, in Lubbock.

How do I pay for what I win?

You'll get payment instructions by email after the auction. Payment is due within 24 hours.

Can someone else pick up for me?

Yes. Email us their name and your order number before pickup. They'll need their own photo ID.

What if I miss pickup?

You have 2 more days after your pickup deadline to arrange a pickup. Email us. Items not collected by then are handled under our Unclaimed Merchandise Policy.

What kind of items?

Name-brand clothing, household items, and vintage finds, shown live on camera with item numbers. Texas sales tax is added at checkout.
